Account Registration & Verification

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest-registered account may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

Deposits

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, MFS provider, or card issuer without first contacting 85rbajee support is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where a chargeback is raised, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account pending investigation, offset the disputed amount against any account balance, and recover costs associated with processing the chargeback from the user. Proven fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to relevant authorities.
Payment Summary
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bonuses & Promotions

- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including using multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit welcome bonuses, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from the abusive activity.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from bonus funds is capped at a limit specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended during significant match events (wickets, boundaries, stoppages). Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying duration has elapsed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. The minimum qualifying duration is specified in the rules for each sport and event type. 85rbajee uses official BPL and international cricket data feeds for settlement purposes.
Casino Games

In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or communication error during a game round, 85rbajee will attempt to resolve the round using the game server's last recorded state. Where a round cannot be completed or reconstructed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. Collusion & Match Fixing

Abusive Behaviour
Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward 85rbajee staff or other users via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media associated with the platform.
85rbajee reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be restricted or suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold. Investigation findings are final and binding unless successfully challenged through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 9.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 85rbajee account at any time by contacting our support team at support@85rbajee. Before processing the closure, we will verify your identity and confirm any outstanding balance. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided no active bonus wagering requirements are attached. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to a re-verification process, unless the account was closed under a self-exclusion arrangement.
Platform-Initiated Suspension: 85rbajee reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice where:

- Any tax obligations arising from winnings — it is your sole responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction;
- Decisions made by you while gambling on the platform, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol, medication, or emotional distress.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence on the part of 85rbajee, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
